Refund Policy

We have a detailed return policy, which allows you to request a return after receiving your product. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused and undamaged).
  • Tags and Packaging: The product must have the original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Process

  2. Return Approval: If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
  3. Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged and Problematic Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find defects, damage, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Products: Wireless chargers that have been opened or used and do not have quality issues are generally not eligible for return, especially if the packaging is damaged or the product shows signs of significant use.
  • Product Damage or Non-Quality Issues: Products damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., drops, water exposure) are typically not eligible for return.
  • Lack of Valid Purchase Proof: Returns will not be accepted if the customer cannot provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns that are not authorized in advance by the brand are generally not accepted.
  • Products Beyond Warranty: Products that are over a year from the purchase date, even if damaged, are not eligible for return.
  • Incorrect Information Provided: Returns will not be accepted for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
